What information do I need to provide?
During your initial interview, your account representative will ask you
for the following:
- Your company name and phone number (required)
- Your company tagline or short promotional message (required)
- Your company street address (recommended in most cases)
- Your geographical service area (required)
- Your company URL (recommended)
- Your company logo (recommended)
- A photo or image representing the products or services your company
provides (recommended)
- Brands and/or products and services offered (recommended)
- 3 to 4 short sentences of promotional information describing what
makes your business the best choice for customers and other relevant
information, such as hours of operation, special offers, associations,
company background, etc.
Do I need a website?
No - A website is not required to sign up for our Pay-Per-Lead programs.

How will potential customers contact me?
Leads will contact you by both phone and email and will come in on the
same phone line and email address that you are currently using. Your LEADS.com
Pay-Per-Lead program comes with a toll-free phone number and unique email
address that will allow you to track all the
leads that are coming specifically from your program.
How do you target my leads to my specialties?
In addition to geographically targeting where your leads are coming from,
each type of business has it’s own targeting capabilities. We interview
each client to understand the services you offer and the service area

How can I keep track of my leads?
LEADS.com specializes in getting measurable results for each customer.
At any time you can view exactly how many leads are coming into your business

How many leads can I expect to receive?
The LEADS.com Pay-Per-Lead programs come in packages of 10 or 20 per month.
Because we only get paid when you get leads, we work extra hard to meet

Can I buy more leads?
Yes! Leads can be purchased in packages of 10 or 20.
Is it possible that I wouldn’t get
my quota of leads in a month?
Due to the seasonality of some industry types, it’s possible that
you may not receive your entire quota of leads in a month’s time.
If we owe you leads at the end of a month, those leads will rollover to
the next month – so you always get the leads that you pay for. If,
for example, you have the 10 lead package and we send you only 9 leads
in a month, the leftover lead will rollover and you should expect to receive
11 leads the next month.
How old are the leads?
The leads are typically 24-48 hours old and are never more than I week
old. Most of the time a lead is sent to your email box within an hour
of when it is created.
Are the leads exclusive?
On average each lead is distributed to (2) different businesses. To protect
the consumer from being contacted by too many merchants the leads are
never distributed to more than (4) merchants.

What if I get a bad lead or a lead not
in my area?
We define a bad lead as a lead that is outside your service area, has
an incorrect phone number or contact name, or if the customer does not
recognize the request. A bad lead is not someone who is still researching
or has selected another vendor. If we determine that you have received
a bad lead, we will credit your account with a bonus lead to make up for
the error.
Do I pay even if I don’t close
the sale?
Yes – We work hard to send you qualified local leads, but we cannot
guarantee that every lead will turn into a customer. But because we generate
leads from reputable sources and target leads to your specialties, we
maximize your ROI on your program.

For monthly payments, we accept major credit cards (American Express,
